Januari was een maand van vertragen op een plek waar ik me zo zó thuis voel 🩷 voor het eerst op reis als gezin van 4 door de ongerepte natuur van Costa Rica. Surfen, vrienden knuffelen, schelpen verzamelen, stenen schilderen. De meest simpele dingen namen we mee terug als grote herinneringen. En tuurlijk waren er ook de gebroken nachten en huilbuien… jetlags met twee kleine kindjes (next level!!)… maar wat was het fijn om weer even daar thuis te zijn! 🌴🧡

Na bijna 42 weken, 4 dagen ziekenhuis en heel veel geduld (van ons èn het mega lieve zorgpersoneel @verloskunde_spaarnegasthuis !) is onze tweede dochter en zusje EDIE geboren. Een prachtige, rustige, vaginale bevalling waar we zo op hadden gehoopt!
