My fight style is gritty not pretty. Pre Viz fight rehearsal vs final filmed and edited fight. This was a proof of concept short (not a feature film) that I was Executive Producer on. I acted in it too. The other actors I hired for this production were outstanding. A special shout out to @al__nouri_ who played the big baddie. He stepped in at the very last minute to fill the role. The other actor got fired before he even stepped on set because of his agent. I’ll leave it at that. There are aspects of the final piece that I loved and some of it… not so much…particularly how the fight came out, if I’m being honest. But I take full responsibility. The actors were great and @ejv_9000 was invaluable for his assistance in the fight rehearsal and design process. Thank you to all involved in helping to create this. It was above all, an invaluable learning experience for me and the players involved worked very hard. I’m appreciative of everyone’s contributions.
