2026 is here and so is my new film production company @snowblindpictures
Wanted to do this for a while now and with all the projects in the pipeline in the next couple of years. (More shortfilms, feature picture, moving out of the country) this felt like a perfect start to the year.

A few weeks back me and my team flew to France for a nomination at Cannes for my film ”Falling For You” Absolutely incredible and honored that we won Best Student Film at Cannes Film Awards!
This journey has been insane and to cap it off like this with these amazing people beside me on that stage really made me proud of all our work and everyone who was involved and helped to make this film what it is.
We are soon dropping it online for everyone later this summer 🫶

William Gruber, winner of the Best Student Film award at the 2025 Cannes Film Awards, was recognised for his film Falling For You.
The film follows Ellie, a young woman drifting through life, who becomes anchored in the present after meeting Alex. What unfolds is a montage of their shared moments - the places they’ve been and the experiences that defined their relationship - contrasted with Ellie’s struggle to move forward. As she revisits these memories, they begin to take on a haunting presence, reflecting the difficulty of letting go.
Falling For You stands out for its intimate narrative and its focus on memory, loss, and emotional persistence.
