Some of my favorite layered photo…
I’m going to start looking back through my archives more. I’ve never done this and it seems so silly. Good photos should be praised and showcased. I keep feeling a need to not share old content and always show what’s new, but lately I’m reminded of my past and where I came from. These are all things that formed my current photography. It’s still a part of the way I see. Here’s to layers utilized to help tell the story. Shape the chaos. Make the image better.

I haven’t been on social media much lately. Here’s a catch up to making the cover of The Times. It’s always amazing seeing your photo on the cover of The New York Times, but this one was rather strange. My family and I lost power for a few days along with many others who had it worse in Nashville. The ice storm was brutal. Here’s a few from the coverage. The tree damage is severe here. We two lost limbs, but fortunately none of them hit the house. Others weren’t so lucky. #icestorm #nashville #nashvillephotographer
