First test roll with the Olympus is back. I like how soft most of these are and think with a little practice the feel will be dialed. Gimme dreamy washed out (but in focus) shots.

Spain & Morocco on #35mmfilm I’ve really enjoyed learning to shoot on an old zone focus camera. The textures are so good, and I love the little 🌙 in the second shot.

Fall in portrait orientation, just a little late. What’s a few months between friends?

I loved my trip to Santa Barbara wine country for @cntraveler to explore how it’s changed since the movie Sideways came out 20 years ago and reshaped the American wine market in its pinot-tinged image. I got to drive around and listen to music and meet a bunch of stellar people making delicious food and wines. I also got to do silly things like visit the ostrich farm, stay in the sideways inn, and generally debauch like Miles and Jack did. I really shoulda brought @willdavis1011 for his bachelor trip. Read all about it on CN Traveler!

Color me basic but an outdoor shower overlooking turquoise Caribbean water is the stuff that dreams are made of.

So cool to get a physical copy of my last magazine spread all the way from Austria (danke @martin.kubesch ). Truly a birthday miracle. Thank you so much to everyone who helped out with this piece, especially @fefeferdi who translated my writing into what I’m sure is German that makes me sound much smarter than I actually am. I never even considered that my writing would get translated to another language and for the first one to be a five page magazine spread is amazing.
