I do love an interview setup. Here is the setup of the insider idents. My favourite light to key an interview is this "Intellitech Mega litecloth 2.0" (Great light- terrible name) A 1x1 Astra panel and soft box is a subtle fill and is used to control the contrast ratio on the subject. I use a fomex on an boom arm as a hair light, skirted with black wrap. then a soft kicker using an Amaran 100XS with an inflatable lightbank. The back wall is coloured using x3 Amaran 300C COBS. and the red reflected light on the corrugated metal panels is created using x4 Small rig 60C lights. And of course Astera Titan tubes attached the back ground panels.

Last year, I had the opportunity to work as Director of Photography on the Sidemen’s Netflix series Inside (Season 3) which releases today!!!
From designing camera and lighting plans in pre-production to executing them on set, it was an intense and rewarding process. Huge credit to the incredible crew who brought energy, precision, and a great atmosphere every day.
Proud to have been part of a project like this and can’t wait for you all to see it.
