Last Mother’s Day, I found out I was going to be a mom. This year, I understand my own mom more than ever.
You taught me how to care for people, love deeply, show up, and put others before yourself. I have learned more from you than I could ever put into words. If I could do one thing right as a mom myself, it would be to be half as good as you.
