.25 cup of greek yogurt
2 tablespoons tahini
1 garlic clove minced
A splash of water to thin
A splash of lemon juice for taste
A drizzle of EVOO
Salt and peppa to taste .

This is #basil 🌿 one of the most versatile herbs on the market! But, did you know it’s one of the easiest herbs to grow from seed. Most herbs are Mediterranean in descent so they like a little more challenging growing conditions (loamy soil, well drained, plenty of sun and just a sip of water 🚿) We at Willabys Catering are passionate about sourcing ingredients close by and what’s closer than the backyard 😁

Gather round all! It’s time to think about the holidays. I know know, no one likes and early start to festive planning but there is a purpose this time. There are only so many tickets to give out and so little time so sit down and let me tell you a story... We are throwing a holiday party, no, bonanza at @zenithvineyard complete with a photo booth, ugly sweaters, festive activities, BOOZE, gourmet food and enough holiday decor to make you question Santa’s work ethic!
Why? Because we care about the people who may not have access to large venues and extravagant party budgets. We are hosting this for the small businesses that are work hard all year long and deserve a party. We are hosting this for those who want to get their friends together and just have a great time. We are hosting this to, well, enjoy the holidays with other amazing people!
