In 10 weeks Iāll be running in the Bighorn 100 Mile Ultramarathon in the mountains of Wyoming. Iām choosing to do something hard in honor of those who have endured hardships they never chose.

Iām 99 days out from doing one of the hardest things Iāve ever done. The Bighorn 100 Ultramarathon is no cakewalk. In fact, itās one of the toughest ultras in America. Over 20,000 feet of elevation change deep in the Bighorn National Forest. This experience will challenge me both physically and mentally, but at the end of the day the simple fact is that I chose to do this.
The boys at Windwood Farm never chose the hardships and trauma they have endured, and continue to recover from today. Thatās why The Miles That Matter fundraising campaign was created. Help us reach our goal of raising $25k to support the life-changing programs that Windwood Farm provides. These boys deserve a second chance at life, and with your support theyāll get one.
