So many people want to start halfway in or find a way to prohibit or postpone their suffering… but the only way to actually get through it is to stay in it ALL the way as long as you can. The doors won’t always be open for you, so sometimes you’ll have to kick them down yourself or create your own.
Sacrifice and no support will really eat you up. People will watch you struggle in ANY dream you have. And it takes a person fully invested into it to truly get a breakthrough. No matter how many times you have to try. Despite the talent and ethic, there is no exception. The people who get there early without putting the real ground work in don’t last.
To any other artists, songwriters, musicians, producers, and engineers , etc. Most of the world will never know the internal and emotional struggles we face in order to do what we do. The thoughts of “AM I GOOD ENOUGH?” “AM I WASTING MY TIME?” Have crossed my mind more times than I can count. But I never folded, didn’t submit because I know nothing good ever comes from giving up on yourself and the things you feel strongly connected too.
During the course of my career/journey I’ve been counted out and over looked by people many, many, many times. But I still stand because what I’m doing truly means something to me. I’m not in it for ulterior motives and I've seen others quit for far less.
The thoughts of self-doubt will really weight on you as well. Not to mention self-sabotage if you happen to suffer from that. I know this caption is rather lengthy, but I just want to encourage any person that is deep into their grind/hustle.

April 1st, 2026 at 4:55pm in downtown Philadelphia I had someone approach me, stop me and say “I listen to your music on Spotify and it’s amazing”
I was very appreciative of that sentiment but what he said next really struck me…. he then went a bit further and said “I saw your HOW CAN YOU PROTECT SOMEONE FROM THEMSELVES?” tags on the ground a while back and I said “What’s this about?”
I checked out your website that was at the bottom of the tags, listened too the project and it couldn’t have come at a better time because I had just lost my brother to substance abuse around that time when I found your music” he then said “what you’re putting out into the word is beauty and people are seeing it even if it may be not as rewarding as you’d like”
This moment made my entire month. I appreciate him acknowledging me in the way he did.
