Friday: High-Energy Jams & Sushi 🎷🍱 Second Hand News is back! This Greenville-based trio mixes saxophone, guitar, and percussion for a unique blend of bluegrass, jazz, and classic rock. 6 PM – 9 PM. Lai Sushi Express arrives at 5:30 PM with the best Sushi in the Upstate. Saturday: Greenville’s own Benny Hagerty joins us at 6 PM. His music is raw and honest—poetic lyricism carried by steel strings and raspy vocals. Come hear his debut single “Quittin Time” and experience his unique Americana sound. We will have sandwiches from Augusta Street Market or feel free to bring your own! Sunday: Wind down your weekend with Mike Holland, whose style blends blues, roots, soul, and folk. Shakedown Strings will be rolling through GVL and making a stop at Wild Yarrow on Thursday May 28th. ⚡️ Shakedown Strings, a Kansas City, MO based trio, consisting of Adam Galblum on vocals and violin, Clayton DeLong on vocals and acoustic guitar, and Rick Willoughby on vocals and upright bass, bring their energy, passion, and joy to the stage. Drawing upon their improvisational prowess, and experience as jazz musicians, they celebrate the music of the Grateful Dead and explore the band’s vast repertoire of songs and musical ideas ⚡️ As always - this is a free show!

Although we may not take ourselves too seriously, we take the Lager Life seriously around here. All of our Lagers are made slow and low, typically requiring 8-10 weeks of production time. They take precision, cold temperatures, and a great deal of patience. We’re currently finishing up our newest release, Canyon Echoes, a traditional Vienna Lager. We built this one for balance—expect a deep copper pour with a toasted, bready malt profile and a dry finish. Focused on clean fermentation, natural carbonation and high drinkability.
