🏕 🚲 Angeles National Forest Campout 🏕 🚲 May 16 & 17 🗺️ This trip highlights a quiet section of the Angeles National Forest. We’ll be traveling along lightly used, unpaved forest service roads deep in the San Gabriel Mountains—a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of city life, all without venturing too far from home. 🌼We use a lottery system for our trips to give more folks a chance to attend and help ensure that spots are distributed more equitably. 🎟️To enter into the lottery for the May trip please fill out the reg form linked in our bio. Registration for this trip will be open from 4-6 to 4-12. 🐺 We give this route our Wolf (classic route) rating because of the elevation, sustained climbs and some short punchy grades right before camp that may require some hike-a-bike. 🦎 This route gets our Lizard (dirt & gravel) rating. The unpaved surfaces range from hard-packed, gravel, sand, some larger but avoidable rocks. They are semi-maintained dirt roads. The route is 77% dirt. A gravel, atb, rigid mtb, or touring bike with dirt tires 40mm or larger is ideal. 🌻All riders are responsible for themselves and their decisions. This is a guided bike camping trip with ride leads and sweeps, but there is no sag or outside vehicle support on this ride. We do have a full gear library of items available to borrow before the trip including bikes. 💸We are asking for a sliding scale donation of $15- $30 for this trip. Your donation covers the camping fees and helps support our campout program & gear library. 💕WWCC is an intentional space to celebrate, connect, and center ALL gender-expansive and women riders while creating and expanding pedal powered access to the outdoors. 🦄*This event is for and by gender-expansive and women riders who identify as trans, women, non-binary, gender and all that identify outside of the gender binary. This space is closed to cis-men. 🦋More info available on the lottery registration form. 💜Photos in the post are from last years ANF trip taken by @aaaaaaaaaaargh graphics @susielowbrow

🥑🫒🧺🍎🍪 Join us April 19th for the Sunday Snackdown 🍒🍐🧁🍫🥨 This is a challenging climbing ride at a social snacky pace! There will be regroups and a sweep. This ride is a great pre-campout training or shakedown if you would like to test out new gear. 🦎🐺 The route is 17.4 miles with +2,100ish elevation gain and is 55% unpaved on dirt, gravel, and fire/service roads. It starts with a paved climb and steep hike-a-bike section. ATB, mountain, or gravel bikes with 43mm+ tires and climby gears only. ⚠️For everyone’s safety, this Snackdown is for more intermediate riders and not those new to climbing on dirt: the terrain varies and we will pass hikers as well as other cyclists often. ☕️Meet at Parakeet Cafe Brentwood at 9. Intros at 9:15, rolling @ 9:30am. 🗺️Load the route before rollout. All must come prepared with bikes in good working order, tools, tubes, water, navigation, and plenty of snacks. The sweep is not a mechanic and will provide emotional support only! 💧There is water available at miles 6.2 and 9. Bathroom and picnic at mile 9. Bring something to share. 🚊 Take Metro E Line to 26th St/Bergamot and ride 2 miles to the cafe. If you’re driving, consider carpooling to reduce impact. Park on San Vicente or 26th St and check signs for restrictions. If you are riding to the meetup, hit up Slack for company! 🙏 to ride hosts @agenderoutside & @cmykayleigh Flier Art @susielowbrow *This ride is for and by riders who identify as non binary, gender fluid, trans, femme, women, agender, gender queer, and all that identify outside of the gender binary. ✅All must sign the WWCC 2026 group ride acknowledgement waiver to participate. Helmets are required

🏕 🚲 Spring Campout 🏕 🚲 April 4 & 5 // Chino Hills State Park 🗺️ This trip highlights the rolling hills, wildflowers, and gravel roads of Chino Hills State Park. Starting and ending at the Visitor Center of the park, this route is intentionally shorter than some of our other gravel routes to encourage first-time and emerging bikepackers. 🐢 We give this route our Turtle (chill route) rating because of the shorter distance (<25mi per day) and relatively low elevation (<1,000ft per day). 🦎 This route gets our Lizard (dirt & gravel) rating. Almost 95% of roads are dirt/gravel roads in Chino Hills State Park, with a small amount of paved road near the campsite. The unpaved surfaces range from hard-packed, gravel, some larger but avoidable rocks. They are semi-maintained dirt roads. A gravel, atb, rigid mtb, or touring bike with dirt tires 40mm or larger is ideal. 🌼In line with our mission we will be prioritizing 50% of our campout lottery spots for BIPOC, transgender, and gender expansive riders and prioritizing new and emerging bikecampers for this entry level trip. Experienced bikepackers are encouraged to apply for one of our wolf level trips later in the year. 🎟️To enter into the lottery for this trip please fill out the reg form linked in our bio by Tuesday 3-3. 🌻All riders are responsible for themselves and their decisions. This is a guided bike camping trip with ride leads and sweeps, but there is no sag or outside vehicle support on this ride. 🏀 The Bikes & Buckets ride is back for BATTLE of LA! We have tickets for USC ♥️vs UCLA 💙Sunday March 1, at USC. RSVP is required, and tickets are $12 (we only have a few left, so dm us asap to swoop yours). Will #2 ranked Bruins continue their winning streak or will the unranked Trojans pull off another epic upset❓ 🚲 The game starts at 3PM. Meet us at the Galen Center or ride with us from the Broadway Metro Station (rolling at 2 PM). The route is short and flat. We will ride at a chill social pace, but riders should be comfortable riding around traffic. A large percentage of the route utilizes bike lanes and semi-protected bike lanes in a busy urban area. If riding please come prepared with bikes in good working order, flat-repair tools, lights for the ride home, and bike locks. 🚊It you want to meet us there or take the train one way, the E line Jefferson/USC stop will take you right to the game. *This ride is for and by riders who identify as non binary, gender fluid, trans, femme, women, agender, gender queer, and all that identify outside of the gender binary. Wild Wolf Cycling Collective (WWCC) is an intentional space to celebrate, connect, and center ALL gender-expansive and women riders.

🚲 🧺 Join us for the first Sunday Snackdown Ride of the year - SUNDAY Feb 1st - Debs Park Edition 🧺 🚲 📍10:30 ride meet up at LA Historic Park (near the big circle in front of the roundhouse bridge). We will roll no later than 11am please arrive on time for ride intros. 🚲 This is a social climbing ride with multiple regroups and a dedicated sweep to keep the group connected. Expect lush green park trails with big views! We will be riding on a mix of streets with and without bike lanes, bike paths, and gravel service roads. This route is great practice for those newer to dirt or sustained climbing and a good pre-requisite for our more challenging rides later this year. 💦The route earns our 🐢 rating, with 15 miles +1,000 feet of climbing, and a 🦎 rating for the 20% unpaved (gravel) sections. There is one very steep and sustained hill. Riders are encouraged to climb at their own pace and take breaks or walk as needed. This ride is best suited for riders comfortable riding at least 10 miles and bikes with a good gear range for the climb. 🔧Please ensure your bike is in good working order before the ride and have what you need to fix a flat. We’ll absolutely try to help with any mechanicals, but we are not mechanics and the group, including the sweep will continue after 10 minutes so the ride can stay on track. 💧 Water and restrooms at the meetup and at the Picnic spot. Riders should carry at least one bottle for the ride. 🧺 The picnic spot is around mile 9, bring something to share if you are able. 🗺️ Route QR code is shared in the slides so all riders can have the route loaded before rollout in case they need to leave early or have a mechanical. 🙏 Thanks to ride host @susielowbrow Additional Ride 🧹 and 🪼 @cmykayleigh & @agenderoutside Flyer Art @susielowbrow 🦄This ride is for and by riders who identify as non binary, gender fluid, trans, femme, women, agender, gender queer, and all that identify outside of the gender binary. 🖊️*All riders are required to sign the WWCC 2026 group ride acknowledgement waiver to join the ride. Helmets are required.
