LYNN HAVEN - Happy May 1! We have a new special for you - The Thai Chicken Wrap. This was my lunch yesterday and it was sooo good. Baked chicken, julienned cucumbers and scallions, fresh mint and basil, rolled in a flour tortilla and cooked on the panini press. Oh, I forgot to mention, it’s tossed in our house-made peanut sauce.
