A cat hanging with grizzlies?! While filming @WildAnimalSanctuary , I notice a cat running away from two sparring bears. Then it just slowly meanders into a den where other bears are likely sleeping. I, of course, brought this to the attention of the staff. They said “Oh yeah, the cat hangs out with the bears.” Seemingly not concerned at all. I love cross species friendships and this one just might be the most bizarre and amazing I’ve ever witnessed. Love it! #bravestcatever #coolcat #catsofinstagram
It was a joy to be back at the TWAS!! Visitors walk along a mile and half raised walkway. Being above the animals allows you to see them, without stressing them out. These rescue animals have been through enough! Supporting sanctuaries like this, is key to helping with the captive wildlife crisis.
