Chapter One will be led by Chef Hillary Sterling (@chefhillarysterling ), the four-time James Beard–nominated Executive Chef at one of NYC’s most celebrated dining destinations, Ci Siamo (@cisiamonyc ), renowned for seasonal, live-fire Italian cuisine.
Taking place Sunday, June 28th, begin in the fields, foraging alongside expert farmers before making your way into the kitchen for an educational workshop with Chef Hillary Sterling.
