We have a new collab beer this week with our good friends at @wishfulthinkingbeer in Bethlehem (and Riegelsville)! We brewed this back in the winter at their place and loved it so much that we brewed it again here at our place. Perfect beer for those cool spring nights. If you havenโt gotten a chance to visit them yet, do yourself a favor and head up river & and give them a try!

This beer is brewed with Weyermann Pilsner, Vienna, and a variety of dark specialty malts and hopped with German Tettnanger. Light and crisp for the warm days or cool nights with just enough dark chocolate roast. Notes of bittersweet chocolate, toffee, and roasted hazelnuts.

Saguaro is a crisp, light, and dry Mexican style lager using a simple base of Weyermann Extra Pale Pilsner malt and flaked corn. Hopped singularly with Tettnanger and fermented extra cold with a Mexican lager yeast strain. Cold conditioned for several weeks and naturally fermented during the lagering process. Notes of hay, lime zest, and a touch of sweet corn.

A juicy double IPA with a full and fluffy mouthfeel. Brewed using our favorite Pilsner malt, tons of oats, and a touch of flaked wheat. Hopped in the whirlpool with NZ Riwaka and heavily dry hopped with Newzilla, Riwaka, and Wai-iti. Notes of juicy peach and nectarines, key lime pie, and mango fruit leather.

This German-inspired Pilsner is a combination of some of our favorite Weyermann malts, including classic Pale Pilsner, Isaria, and Munich I, just to name a few. Itโs singularly hopped with Hallertau Mittelfrรผh for a delicate floral and slightly herbal noble hop character. With just enough malt character, but balanced with a crisp hop bitterness, this beer is the perfect Pilsner for the transition from Winter to Spring. Notes of fresh baked biscuits, wildflower honey, and jasmine tea.

A bright sour IPA that begins with our base hazy IPA recipe for a full and fluffy mouthfeel. Itโs hopped singularly in the whirlpool with New Zealand Motueka and is soured during fermentation. Then, we conditioned it on tons of juicy passionfruit puree and just a touch of Madagascar vanilla beans. The result is a bright, tart, and tropical sour ale with a full body and a bit of creamy vanilla to round it out. Notes of tropical sour gummies and fresh lemon and lime zest.
