Some surfing frames.
It's not me surfing.
@rapha.films is my pro account.
I've been quietly building out my own kit:
cinema cameras, drones, audio gear. Enough to be a one-man crew when needed, or lead a team when it matters.
From corporate events to dusty trail runs, I shoot things that move, with people that have stories to tell.
Available for brand films, doc-style projects & everything in between.
Golden hour is the perfect time to go for a run. Makes it easier to get out there because the sky is pretty.
You naturally slow down.
It happens twice per day.
Don’t miss it.
A good way to add upper body strength for runners is simply incorporating it into your running routine. Find outdoor gyms, benches, branches etc. Do a quick pit stop and do 4 sets. It’s fun, easy and efficient.
You can have the best boat in the world.
But if you've never crossed rough waters, you won't know how to survive any storm.
Running, like sailing, isn't about the gear.
It's about the storms you've weathered.
The battles you've fought when no one was watching.
That's where strength is built.
It’s crazy how the mind works, it often just takes a tiny effort to turn it around.
Feel like you’re getting soft again -> force yourself out the door for a 10 min run -> you’re back
Field notes from the run.
Here’s a format I’d like to pursue.. when I run lots, I get time to slow down and think.
Most of my thoughts are rubbish, some are dark, some are funny. Sometimes I laugh alone on the trail thinking about a buzzard situation.
Every once in a while i generate a thought worth sharing, but speaking it out in a voiceover feels ridiculous, writing them down on some artsy frames from the run feels more appropriate.
