Serving up a new menu, we got fricaseed chicken burgers alongside a vegan substitute with shredded oyster mushrooms.
Fricaseed chicken is an old french/jamaican fusion recipe I came across which consists of a tomato and onion base with some scotch bonnet heat and some hidden island flavours, both burgers will come topped with cheese (Gouda or applewood smoked vegan cheddar) and a light yet tangy slaw that cuts through the rich fricaseed sauce as it should.

It’s worryingly easy to drink & you’ll most likely end up moving like my old man in the last few slides

Me & @ogs_pot are back with some new flavours, consisting of a fricasséed chicken patty (tender pulled chicken cooked low & slow in a tomato & onion base with some tasty scotch bonnet heat), @ogs_pot ‘s curry goat inna patty, which is well overdue and tastes insane, trust me when I say this should’ve happened a long time ago and a new vegan patty based off his vegan curry, if you’ve tried either of these you know how certified his curry pot tekkers are.
Gonna be introducing a new jerk Mayo dip too so deffo get involved in that, hardest white & brown substance since crack and heroin hit the streets
We will also be selling our punch in 70cl bottles and also in smaller cups for our £5.00 patty & punch deal
