Restricted movement series: Untangling knots
Upper body
Leaning into and around pain, moving smooth and soft through discomfort
The knot untangles
Starting slow
Restricted Movement series: stuck hands and feet
Limbs having fixed points of contact, finding space within these shapes
I actually found this really frustrating and difficult
Constantly searching for a fresh feeling
But the challenge of restricting made the moments that clicked feel so satisfying
I'll try to embrace the repetition next time
