In our 6 years of running @myde.arsisterskeepergh , it gladdens my heart that for the past 3 years, it has been men who make the move in calling and asking for support and a safe haven for their wives/partners, from this sometimes cruel world of stigmatization especially when it comes to issues of miscarriages, fertility, infertility, still births.......
You see, society still seems to see such issues as purely the problem of women, forgetting it takes two!! So it makes life easy when such men bodly step forward to give a male face to such a sensitive journey, to easily talk about their emotions, mental health, and aspirations, fears and shattered dreams, but especially in shielding their women, from a society that has zero decorum....
On days such as Father's Day, we remember you too, whose dream it is to hold your little ones in your arms too, to play, dress alike too, here's to you, we see you, you are such gallant men!! And however parenthood will come to you......it is a miracle!!

This Wednesday, we honour an extraordinary woman from the Elan Community Whitney Boakye -Mensah — whose journey, resilience, and impact continue to inspire so many.
With over 20 years of industry experience, Whitney has not only built a remarkable professional legacy through the successful planning of prominent events, but she has also transformed personal pain into purpose. After experiencing the heartbreak of miscarriages, she chose to create hope for others walking similar paths.
Out of that experience, she founded My DearSistersKeeper,an initiative dedicated to supporting women facing fertility challenges and couples longing to grow their families. Through its annual clinic and ongoing advocacy, the initiative provides guidance, support, education, and encouragement to those navigating difficult fertility journeys.
Whitney’s courage in sharing her story and using her voice to uplift others is creating meaningful change and touching countless lives. Her compassion, strength, and unwavering commitment to helping families find hope are making outstanding strides within the community and beyond.
