🚨COACHING ANNOUCEMENT🚨
🌊Welcoming our new D coach for the 2026/27 Season, Alex Pasternak! 🌊
Alex is a dedicated hockey coach, athlete, and entrepreneur with a strong passion for developing players both on and off the ice. In 2023, he captured the OMHA championship, and went onto win defenceman of the year at the OHFs. He then went on to play Jr.A hockey in the OJHL. He continued that success in the OMHA this season as an assistant coach of the @u18whitecaps becoming an OMHA and OHF finalist as a coach.
Beyond the rink, Alex is the owner of Stick To Strength, focused on helping hockey players and athletes improve their strength, speed, and performance in the gym. Through his work, he has trained numerous athletes while emphasizing discipline, work ethic, and long-term athletic development.
Alongside coaching and running his business, Alex is also working toward becoming a full-time firefighter, driven by a strong desire to serve and support his community.
We are extremely lucky to have Alex on our coaching staff next year and we know he can’t wait to get started 🌊
