We have just finished bringing this beautiful derelict thached cottage back to life in the sussex downs. Restored retro 1950's style by a local architect using traditional building materials such as lime plasters, lime crete floor with underfloor heating, installed an air source heat pump and painted the cottage in lime paint.Re landscaped the extensive gardens. Soon to be available as an air b&b.

One of our recent projects, removing old cement render that was stoping the house from breathing and part of a damp problem. Replaced with a wood fibre board and a lime render to bring back the traditional look and breathability in to the property.
