What a season. What a ride!
To love something so hard — to be so invested that the players start to feel like friends.
Gaby’s Jays love started years ago when Matante and Russ whisked her away to a game — she’s been hooked ever since. For the rest of us, it began during a TO getaway with Mon oncle Nornon — triple header, two game balls, and my own crush on Kiermaier (lover of the anthem and Africa 😉).
This season, we watched with friends and family — yelling, laughing, holding our breath through every inning, even bringing new fans along for the ride. In Edmonton, I gave my aunt and uncle the Jays fever — another miracle of the sport, closing the distance between us one pitch at a time.
Game 6 — a ninth-inning dead-ball roller coaster heartbreak— but what a moment to share with thousands of fans.
Game 7 — pure madness. The hurt is real, but it’s what makes the wins unforgettable.
Thank you, Toronto Blue Jays — for the roller coaster, the pride, and the passion.
Four months till spring training.
Let’s go Blue Jays!💙⚾
When you’re on the way home from hockey and the little guy see’s a big rainbow. He kept talking about the pot of gold at the end! I couldn’t help but feel like I found it and it was sitting next to me. It was priceless:)
My favourite goalie! One day maybe!!! But every time I watch I love it! #goalie #nhlhockey #nhlallstar #familytime #wheeler#grafgoalieskates#vaughn #v10#bauer
