My sweet sweet middle, Ford. I am constantly in fear that he feels like the middle, you know? I never want him to feel anything but perfectly loved and so incredibly important in our family.
All the kids were independently playing this morning at the beach and out of nowhere he said that. It was so genuinely innocently sweet. 💛 We talked about it with him after and he said he was just feeling really happy. 😭
Being a parent is definitely the hardest thing I have ever done. I constantly am in fear that I am messing things up, messing them up, or just not doing the right thing. But I know God made me for them, and them for me. We are truly a match made in heaven. 🥹🫶🏼
And the same works both ways…the friendships I give my time and energy to are because they are LIFE GIVING! We all don’t have much time, or energy really, so I am very selective with who I am willing to give my time to. I am so blessed to have the woman in my life I now have because of the friendships that came to an end.
Our wedding anni is this weekend. So grateful for the beautiful life Jesus has blessed us with in these last 11 years. 🥹✨🌼
