I don't know the backstory of this photo, except for the fact that it's my daughters meeting up in their high school bathroom. This is the first time they've been back together since elementary school.
I love this photo because I see the true bond and connection they have been showing each other lately. I understand that they are teenage sisters who will fight with each other from time to time just as most sisters do, but lately I've been noticing how loving and nice they've been to one another.
I remind them every so often that no matter how much they argue and get on each other's nerves, they will never find a better friend like the one who's been there their whole life. One that will have the other's back, no matter what.
I could not imagine my life without these two beautiful girls in it.
I told Sophie that when Billie Eilish ever comes to town, I would take her.
