Et un de plus… Les années passent, le temps nous manque parfois, et les concerts se font rares… Pourtant hier soir vous avez été plus nombreux que jamais à répondre présent ! Les anciens, les nouveaux, les amis, la famille, tous vous avez fait le déplacement pour rendre ce moment unique comme toujours ! Merci du fond du coeur ! 🇫🇷 Cela faisait (trop) longtemps que We Were Sly n’avait pas sorti de nouvelle chanson… A trop attendre le bon moment on finit par ne rien sortir du tout… Terminé ! Il est maintenant temps de relancer la partie, et voici un petit extrait de ce dont nous sommes capable aujourd’hui ! De toutes les chansons punk que j’apprécie, j’affectionne particulièrement les morceaux courts et intenses que Sum 41 aimaient sortir dans les années 2000, et qui refont leurs apparitions aujourd’hui à travers des groupes comme The Offspring ou Blink-182. Et même si il est très court, je suis extrêmement fière du travail de composition et de mix réalisé sur ce morceau, a tel point que j’ai décidé de vous dévoiler les versions instrumental et acapella. It’s been 10 years now that We Were Sly is hitting the roads. 10 years of unbelievable moments and unforgettable memories ! During those 10 years, we’ve been through small bands’ highs and lows, changing members, loosing friends, changing styles and loosing hope sometimes. But today, 10 years later, we finally can say that we found some friends back, we’re happy to play together, and we found our way through all this ! We learned pretty soon that a band is like a couple : there’s a lot of love, maybe some hate sometimes, and you have make compromises to make it work. But it’s a real friendship, and it helps you going on when life is struggling you… So now that everything is alright, it’s time for us to write a new chapter, which main idea is to enjoy ourselves and have fun with you on stage, nothing more, nothing less. And guess what ! We wrote a lot of new songs and riffs lately that we can’t wait to share with you ! So stay connected, because the new We Were Sly is coming…SOON…
