Tonight was all about trying something new on the journey as a telemark skier — new movement, new timing, new challenges… and yes, a few messy turns too.
But that’s the point.
Progress doesn’t come from repeating what’s easy. It comes from embracing that uncomfortable, wobbly, “I’m not sure I’ve got this” feeling. That’s where the magic happens.
Every new skill starts with being a beginner again. Lean into it. Fall. Laugh. Get back up.
