Erik West Millette and Olaf Gundel have been creating side by side for nearly two decades, forging a deeply collaborative musical voice shaped by their shared love of cinema and road music. Central to the Westtrainz experience since its inception, they have composed for a wide range of films and documentaries while also co-producing artists such as Thomas Hellman, Sébastien Lacombe, Lyne Tremblay and Bïa. Olaf refined engineering work has earned multiple ADISQ awards for best sounds, while Erik has guide and eclectic roster of musicians through is production work, being hailed best producer at the ADISK awards for his work on the first Westtrainz recording. Both Multi-instrumentalist, they now work on a new film for director Erik Simon, and they now turn toward new sonic territory !
