@the.arbory in Chicago makes for a stunning live painting moment 🤩 I worked on this piece a couple weekends ago during @westloopweddingwalk and even though this couple doesn’t exist, and this piece is for no one in particular, I’m already a big fan! This is a good example of just about how far I typically get during a live wedding painting day. You can see where I’m going with the piece, and it’s enough to do a bit of a “reveal” moment for the couple at the end of the wedding night, but it’s definitely not finished either. It was a joy to share my skills with the other vendors who were with me at The Arbory and all the couples who came through during the event!! My 2026 books are still quite open, and I’m hoping they won’t be for much longer, so if you’re interested in booking me to paint live at your event, now is the time to reach out!! 🥰

What an awesome weekend filled with excitement, love, and eager anticipation for so many upcoming celebrations! Thanks @westloopweddingwalk for having me, thanks @the.arbory for being my home for the day on Saturday, and thanks @cageandaquarium for the lovely photos! I had so much fun sharing my art with you all, and I will definitely be sharing more about this event and the process soon!! Attended my first wedding walk with @westloopweddingwalk and whew, what an experience 🤍 There is something incredibly special about seeing so many wedding venues and vendors gathered in one place. So much talent. So much heart. So many people pouring into love stories in their own unique way. It truly reminded me how powerful community is in this industry. I was especially proud to see vendors I admire deeply, some I’ve only followed from afar, others I’ve worked with before and finally got to reconnect with in real life. And to the new Chicago wedding vendors I met Sunday, I’m already excited to watch your journeys unfold ✨ For my future couples: this is exactly why who you choose matters. Your wedding day isn’t created by one person, it’s built by a team of creatives who genuinely care about you, your story, and the experience you’ll remember forever 🤍 Fun fact: one of my 2025 brides encouraged me last year to come “just walk.” And I’m so grateful I listened. I’ll be honest, putting myself out there made me nervous. I’m naturally an observer first. But yesterday was a reminder that growth often happens just outside our comfort zone. So thankful for spaces like this that bring creatives together, spark inspiration, and remind us that we’re all better when we build together 🤍 Already looking forward to next year.
