You already know organic. Now meet regenerative. Conventional farming takes from the soil. Organic does less damage. Regenerative gives back — and that’s exactly the standard we hold ourselves to. Swipe to see how it works.
what we grow is only an ingredient of our true focus: how we grow ~
regenerative agriculture is, for us, not just a practice but an ethos. to regeneratively farm is to sign every harvest with a love letter to our earth. with these sustainable methods, the soil rebuilds organic matter; nurturing the ecosystem while allowing us to nurture our bodies.
we’d love to share with you how our uncompromising work sustains life through soil, and how you help us in this mission with each purchase. keep an eye out for the first west~bourne impact report coming soon 🤍
Euro summer is all we can think about, and Mallorca keeps winning.
We teamed up with @sunniebrook , who splits her time between Los Angeles and the island, to bring you her honest edit of Mallorca. The hidden beaches, the family-run restaurants where the fish came in that morning and the wine is written on a chalkboard.
Not the resort version. The one worth knowing.

a day in the life of your avocado oil.
from pre-breakfast shots to scrambled eggs to a drizzle on ice cream, extra virgin has never had a busier schedule.
There are restaurants you return to without quite being able to explain why, only that something about them feels made for you. @wildes.la , which opened in East LA in October 2025, is that place.
Co-owners @natashaeprice and @kimchikraut_ , executive chef and beverage director, have built something warm and completely their own: a market-driven menu, a wine list that never takes itself too seriously, and a room that feels alive and like home. The fact that they’ve been best friends since before either of them can remember only makes it better.
We sat down with them to talk about growing up together, finding their way into the industry, and what it actually takes to open a restaurant with your oldest friend.
n a t u r e of things is a series i start to bring together our community of inspiring creatives across industries to share how they are rooted in the earth and where regenerative living finds them in their day to day personally and professionally. so humbled by all of those that have come to cook and chat with me - now finally on youtube. can’t wait to bring back another season, soon…
who do you want to see on next? comment below with some suggestions and we will pick a lucky few to get a west~bourne surprise.
m o t h e r is to honor women who raise us, who shape us, who show up for us. the true gardeners who plant for our future. these women are layered, complex, and carry so much for us. our work, our tables, our families, our values: they don’t live in separate rooms. they’re one house in one life. the way we cook is connected to the way we parent, which is connected to the way we care for the land, which loops back to the food on the table. everything is intertwined.
i always say parenting is the most humbling experience, a constant teacher in how to move through the world. like regenerative agriculture, we mothers tend the soil. we don’t always see what grows. we do it anyway, because we believe in what’s possible.
