Steady progress out at The Coop on River Road. 🚧🏗️
Building 2 is currently in the finish phase with exterior work nearing completion. Final grading is underway and landscaping is scheduled to begin soon.
Building 1 is fully roughed in and preparing for insulation and drywall, while crews continue rough grading to prepare for upcoming sidewalk pours.
Projects like this take a lot of coordination behind the scenes, and it’s great seeing everything continue to come together day by day.

This 6,800 sqft luxury salon and spa is being built from the ground up to deliver a full-service, high-end experience all under one roof.
The space will include a Yume head spa suite with blow dry room, massage suites, Botox suites, a nail salon, and a full styling floor featuring 16 styling stations, 8 shampoo stations, and 8 processing stations.
Every element is designed around quality, efficiency, and a true luxury atmosphere.
