To celebrate the release of my latest project, CityWide, Recycled Dope and Westside Knowledge present Views From The City: a four-part concert series built to carry Indianapolis through every corner of itself. The first view begins on the Eastside at State Street Pub. This night brings the map to the stage, with each artist standing as a voice from their side of town: Barz DeHart Izback(Westside) Dominic Valerius(Northside) Jinx Losers (Eastside) @designatedbluntroller (Southside) With Don Chambers guiding the night as host, DJ T-Rex (Tre Phillips) holding down the boards, and Westside Knowledge @wes_knowledge ) closing the evening as the headlining act. CityWide is more than a title. It's a love letter to the blocks that raised us, the roads that shaped us, and the voices that turn a city into a living, breathing thing. Views From The City: Eastside Stop State Street Pub Thursday, May 28 8PM-11PM Come hear what the city looks like from every side.

Every side of the city has a sound. A rhythm. A memory. A story the rest of town may not have heard yet. To celebrate the release of Westside Knowledge’s latest project, CityWide, Recycled Dope and Westside Knowledge present Views From The City: a four-part concert series built to carry Indianapolis through every corner of itself. The Give II is upon us and begs the question what is it that you truly give to? For myself, I’ve been an artist representing this culture, our brand of hip hop, and this city for 10+ years and through that time @statestreetpubssp has consistently provided a home for me and those like me chasing their musical and artistic dreams on the ground level. It is without question a staple in this community and more than deserving of real support, so @kidsofthesky and I decided that for our return as PINKY nothing would make more sense than to help generate funds and awareness to a cause. This one is special because it epitomizes what I’ve been doing for all of those years: creating avenues of opportunity and sharing them with like minds and spirits. IF you know me then you know that building Indianapolis music to prominence has been a life mission for me and community is at the forefront of that mission. With that being said, The Give II is AN OPPORTUNITY TO DIRECTLY SUPPORT a space that has allowed independent artists to express their creative ideas in a constructive way and leave with funds in their pocket to amplify that vision. For that, I am eternally grateful. Thank you for all of the memories you’ve provided for me and countless others, SSP, and here’s to many more!

For the last two months and counting, I’ve been pouring my heart, soul, and finances into my latest musical venture entitled Scaring The Hoes, originally supposed to drop on Valentine’s Day, but things got a little tangled between my car overheating on the highway, the workload at Sullivan’s being incredibly heavy for the holidays, and delays in meeting with my engineer who gave her all to bring this to reality. Major love & thanks to @sillyce working with me vigorously on this one and @wes_knowledge for lending me ground to plant the seeds that ignited the vision. I wrote all of this from December 9th to January 11th, paid for all my own studio equipment out of pocket and began brick by brick building a home studio that could assist in creating the sound I wanted to give to you. I also worked vigorously creating a campaign for this project that you will see rollout over the next month. All of the visuals will be directed, written, and edited by me and shot on my Nikon with help from my shooter @hoodwombhealer . Fleshing out the artwork and logo has been an experience as well. Every copy sold comes with a Lil’ Scary sticker with more artwork to come. It has been a journey doing all of this from home recovering from the accident and serving my stint due to legal trouble from the year previous. Super proud of myself. I’m going live with an album listening called Scaring The Hoes With You on Bandcamp and I would love for you to join and chat with me to further discuss the project and its influences. Thank you to all who believed in me during this process and all who didn’t. Written by Courtland Tunstill Produced by @youknowozi Link in the bio! Peace and bliss!
