Sometimes you need to just step away from the desk and enjoy all the beauty and splendor that is Colorado! 🚴🏻‍♂️🚴🏻‍♀️ Yesterday, we rode up Independence Pass with our favorite cycling club, We Ride 4. 8 of us tackled the 17 mile distance (34 rt) with 3,100’ of climbing. It was a spectacular bluebird day, and despite the high winds, we all really enjoyed it 🫶 and after the first 7 miles, the road is closed to cars until Memorial Day weekend 🤗 #cycling #coloradocycling #independencepass #twinlakes #coloradolife

April in Review: Community, Connection & Impact April reminded us why we do what we do. From helping a community member get back on a bike—made possible through the generosity of supporters—to coming together for our Earth Day Cleanup on Lookout Mountain, this month was filled with meaningful moments. This is what We Ride 4 is about. In March, a Child Advocate in Tucson reached out. She had tried multiple places to get a bike for her client—no one could help. We said yes. Our community stepped up immediately. A bike was donated, and we made sure he had everything he needed to ride. Later, we learned his story. After a tragic loss, he and his wife spent eight months fighting to get their four children back. Today, he rides that bike at 3:00 AM to work—doing everything he can to support his family. All because someone asked for help… …and this community showed up. Not just bikes. People. Impact. This is what your support makes possible. Holy smokes - What an incredible turnout! Last night’s first annual Lookout Mountain Road Earth Day 🌎 Cleanup was a huge success. We had more than 70 people show up, and it was amazing to see the community come together like that! A big thank you to @weridefor and @coloradosride for helping promote and support the event.
