Evolution of a bear: Otso bear pattern from @looplondonloves I love every second of this - made from Wendy Ramsdale from stash over 2 evenings. The stuffing, placing of arms and features plus sewing up took longer than the bear itself! The construction of this pattern is exquisite and makes for a beautiful and satisfying knit. Stuffed with Jacob fleece fibre so all British made - and you know how much I love that! I’ll def be making more of these and delight in every one!! This one is going to a work colleague as a baby gift. Now, sweater or dungarees? Slightly over excited today with the finish of the wild Flowers shawl/wrap from 52 weeks of shawls by Laine. The yarn was from this years live and in person Unravel at Farnham Maltings. Wool Decanted not only have amazing yarn - I love a sheepy yarn- but their ethos is wonderful. Locally, to them, produced BFL and Shetland blended to make the most glorious yarn imaginable. You know when you get THAT yarn to go with THAT project and it works to give you hours of ‘go away, I’m knitting, pleasure.
