Big moves in Baton Rouge. 🚧🏗️ This 130‑foot, 60,000‑pound truss was set in just 7 hours to form the North Porte Cochere entry at @ballysbatonrouge Casino. With only three foundations and a 1‑inch tolerance, the lift required absolute precision. After five crane plan revisions, the team successfully executed the installation using a 400‑ton crane, navigating tight site constraints and active underground utilities. A great example of what thoughtful planning and strong field coordination can achieve. Kudos to Brett Buscher, David Montenegro, Pat Kerrigan, and Nick Wroten for coordinating this effort during the scheduling and design process. More about this project and more on our website.

For more than 15 years, our Texas team has been proud to sponsor the Coastal Conservation Association (CCA) Austin Banquet, standing alongside an organization deeply committed to protecting Texas’ coastal marine resources. This year’s banquet event was once again a tremendous success, bringing together a passionate community dedicated to stewardship, conservation, and lasting impact. @ccanational is a nonprofit marine conservation organization with 17 coastal state chapters spanning the Gulf Coast, Atlantic Seaboard, and Pacific Northwest. Through an extraordinary network of dedicated volunteers, CCA has become the largest marine conservation group of its kind, working to ensure healthy marine ecosystems while preserving access for recreational anglers. We are grateful to @cca_texas for the opportunity to give back, and to our employee‑owners who joined us in support of this important cause. Your enthusiasm and commitment help make a lasting difference in the communities and environments we are proud to serve.

We’re proud to celebrate Max Boeh, who has been honored with the Outstanding GC Superintendent Award by @asa_chicago – Association of Subcontractors & Affiliates. As we close out #ConstructionSafetyWeek, our CEO John Finn reinforces what truly drives a strong safety culture: listening, action, and teamwork. “When leaders actually listen and take action, people feel safe speaking up. That’s the foundation. By looking out for one another as #OneTeam, we keep each other safe and propel our safety culture.” Safety Week may come to a close, but our shared responsibility continues. By planning with intention, taking ownership, and looking out for one another, we strengthen a culture where safety is lived every day. Thank you for tuning in this week! Say hello to Matt Hoster, Colorado President! | During the #SafetyWeek, Matt reminds us that strong safety culture starts with thoughtful leadership and thrives when people feel empowered to speak up. Matt shares what it takes to make safety the standard, not the exception. “As leaders, we have a responsibility to lead by example. We need to speak up when we see something unsafe. We need to not just reward good safety culture behavior but celebrate it too. When this becomes habit, it becomes the normalized standard,” Matt shares. He emphasizes that trust is the foundation of it all, adding, “None of this happens if we don’t create an environment where speaking up is not embraced.” This #ConstructionSafetyWeek, Matt reinforces the importance of visible leadership, accountability, and creating a workplace where safety is valued, recognized, and lived every day. #WEOwnSafety #ConstructionSafetyWeek2026 #PlanItOwnItDoItSafely #ConstructionSafety

#ConstructionSafetyWeek | At the heart of safety is one simple goal: making sure everyone returns home to the people who matter most. As today’s second leadership spotlight, Tennessee VP Gregg Riddle shares how his journey in construction shaped his approach to safety. “My early years as a union carpenter made me appreciate the role safety plays in a project’s day-to-day execution. Unfortunately, during those years I saw my fair share of workplace accidents, which really shapes your approach to safety. As I transitioned to management and overseeing projects, I feel a responsibility to ensure all staff and trade partners return home to their loved ones at the end of every day.” Thank you, Gregg, for sharing your experience and reinforcing what it means to lead with care, accountability, and a genuine commitment to protecting our people. Last night, we were honored to sponsor a special evening commemorating the @urbanlandinstitute Spring Meeting and celebrating the incredible women of Women's Leadership Initiative (WLI). From cocktails and sweet treats to live Music City entertainment, the night was filled with connection, creativity, and community. Guests rolled up their sleeves for a truly iconic Nashville experience with Hatch Show Print—designing custom commemorative posters that captured the spirit of the city and the moment. Most importantly, the event shined a spotlight on the dynamic women helping shape the future of our industry. Proud to support an event that blends innovation, artistry, and recognition in such a meaningful way. 🎶 @ulinashville | @henricksen.tn
