We wrapped the 2025 GLOW Global Cohort, and what a journey it’s been! 🌍 This year, we watched young women from around the world rise into their voices, own their power, and lead with purpose. Our GLOW girls stepped into leadership, built a global sisterhood, and sparked change in their communities. Here’s what the 2025 cohort made possible: ✨ 75 young women from 27 countries united across borders to learn, grow, and lead. ✨ 100% gained clarity in their personal and professional goals for the next 5 years. ✨ 100% feel more confident leading and advocating through their personal story. ✨ 100% now see storytelling as a tool for social impact and systemic change. ✨ 93% speak about their identity with boldness, confidence, and pride. ✨ 91% formed deep global connections rooted in sisterhood. ✨ 84% feel equipped to lead with purpose and own their professional brand. Tonight I had the honor of representing Morningcrest Foundation at the Schweitzer Fellowship Celebration of Service. What made the evening even more special was watching my Women Empowering Nations world collide with my work at Morningcrest Foundation as I reunited with two alums from our GLOW Global cohort who are also Schweitzer Fellows for Life.✨ I still remember one of my very first weeks at Morningcrest sitting down with Rachel and realizing we had served some of the same young women through our respective organizations. Tonight, for all of us to be in the same room together, was such a full-circle moment and a beautiful reminder of the power of aligned missions and community impact. Incredible things are happening through the Schweitzer Fellowship, and I’m proud that Morningcrest gets to support this important work. 💙 @saraazzun and @mack.toliver , I love you ladies so much!
