#BiophilicBoss - awarded to the participant with the most creative, inspiring, and consistent Nature Hunt posts that are shared with the WLL Community and on Social Media.

Join us Thursday for a Pre-Kickoff Call for the WELL Learning Library Digital Detox (Screen Time Reduction Challenge). This Challenge is an opportunity to inventory the amount of mobile device usage in your life, learn about the well-being impacts of screen time, and identify ways to shift your habits.
The WELL Learning Library team has put together a great curriculum of short micro lessons to learn bite size information each day about: screen usage, health and well-being impacts, and how to go about behavioral change to form new healthy habits.
The structure of this Challenge will have participants gain awareness of their current smartphone usage patterns, and create and track goals to reduce that.
