And honestly, what were my 20s without film and making movies? 😅🥹 If anything, I’m just so thankful that I got to spend 10 years doing what I love most — filmmaking. What a blessing (and a curse lol) to be thrown into this chaotic world. Grateful for all the projects, collaborators, and milestones that shaped me into the filmmaker I am today. And yeah, there’s no denying that I’ll probably work 10x harder as I step into a new chapter. But more than anything, I’m just thankful that at some point in my life, I pushed enough to call myself a filmmaker 🥹🎬

Whenever I think about how I spent my 20s, two main things come to mind — the first is GRIND. My 20s were a whole mix of trial and error when it came to career paths: trying both new and familiar arenas, always working tirelessly. Endless presentations, meetings, and phone calls, as if there were no tomorrow (even compromising my health). The constant push between feeling fulfilled and learning how to accept defeat. And i’m so grateful to understand and accept that grinding doesn’t always come with success; it also comes with failures — that I’m really glad had happened. Cheers to whatever’s coming next in my 30s 🥂✨

2025 WAS MY YEAR! 🥹✨ After a while, may na-claim din akong taon! Ang sarap din pala ng ganitong feeling, medyo nakalimutan ko na kasi dahil lerler ang mga nakaraang taon ko (lalo na last year…🥴 Lusak kung lusak! Hahaha). Nagsimula ‘yung taon ko na zero ako, walang motivation sa kahit ano. Pero natapos ako ng punong-puno ng pasasalamat at pagmamahal. Grabe. This was the year I traveled the most, had opportunities I never expected, but always manifested and wished for! Worked the hardest (and sana smarter din haha), nakabawi ng oras at moments with the people I love, became more active and healthier in my lifestyle (work in progress pa rin to ha hahaha), among many other beautiful things!! 💖🌸🌼 BASTA, sobrang thank you, universe. Sobrang thank you, Papa God! Punong-puno lang ng pasasalamat ang puso ko dahil napakaraming magagandang bagay ang dapat ipagpasalamat para sa 2025. Kahit yung mga mangilan-ilan na hindi naging okay, pinipili ko pa ring ipagpasalamat—dahil sa kabila ng lahat, napakarami ko pa ring nakuha at natutunan. Mamimiss ko itong taong ‘to! Excited, hopeful (and actually a bit scared hahaha) for 2026. But still, claim ko na kagad na akin yan PLEASE NAMAN HAHAHA. Fight ‘to! Lalo pa’t trentahing era na ako next year! HALA LAGUT LERRRK! Hahaha. Love you, 2025! But I loved the people who were part of my year even more. 🫶🙏 Cheers to 2026—whatever that might be!! 🥂
