Real talk: we’re being contacted *daily* about critical and time sensative situations where dogs and cats need foster placement! To be able to make a difference and take in even some of these animals, we greatly need to expand our network of folks willing to foster.

Last week my friends @laurennavon & @brixandrick at @weirdrescue reached out telling me that a girl called Zoe was going to be euthanized the following day and asked if I could drive up to @lancasteranimalslaco to pick her up and save her and bring her back to LA so she can go to her new forever home. I was so honored and privileged to be asked that I of course said yes. So the following day I drove up there and brought this beautiful lady home. I don’t know the specifics of this sweet girl’s story and how she ended up on the kill list, but she is now looking forward to a wonderful life with her new family in Canada. This is all thanks to the incredible work of Lauren & Bri at Weird Rescue. Their speciality is making a special effort to connect the right animals with the right forever homes!!
