We heard it from near and far, this home struck a chord. It will forever go down as a milestone project for us and getting to share it with you was the highlight of our year. I’m so grateful to our clients and for all of the love and reshares and, in particular, @eastandlane for impossibly beautiful photos and to the @verandamag team @lo_wicks@steelemarcoux for words that gave it life!
We are onward to work on a slate of projects that have our hearts on fire anew, but for the last moments of this year we are remembering this dream ❤️

Sharing a closer look at the details in our Tidewaters project and the makers behind them ✨ There are so many more creative minds, passionate hearts, and skilled hands that go into a final project than those you see at first glance. Discovering and collaborating with talented artists in all different forms and mediums is truly one of the most rewarding parts of the job. Guys! Waking up to the homepage of House Beautiful is just about the best way you can possibly start a Friday! ✨ Thrilled to finally share this project that couldn’t be closer to home. After years of working to make client’s homes beautiful, what an absolute gift to be able to design a renovation for my parents. Giving my mom a kitchen where she can teach her grandchildren how to master Nona’s Meatballs, my dad the architectural details he loves and appreciates and our whole extended family a place to gather for beach weekends and Christmas Eve dinners means more than I can honestly put into words. A house that feels like them, with love, from me ❤️

Back in the thick of it and I swear I can’t go an hour without reaching for my camera roll to look back at photos of our trip to London✨ Yes, it was loads of fun and even a little glamorous, but honestly, it’s such an incredible investment of time that pays back tenfold. We pulled something for every one of our dozen projects…fabric, furniture, an architectural detail, art, a little styling moment. But in doing this for a second year, I can say it’s even deeper than the small specifics. You want a designer who is inspired and energized, eyes wide open to the beauty of it all….and you have to get out there to do that. Thank you @designdestinationlondon for such meaningful experiences to bring back! 🇬🇧

What a dream to be able to bring our cabinetry collection with @uniquekitchensandbaths to the design community at @highpointmarket ✨ I truly believe the best collaborations are the result of authentic partnerships and we’ve been refining these door styles, colors and finishes in homes we’ve designed over the years- tweaking, editing and adding. I’m endlessly inspired by timeless heritage style, things that are made to last and the palette of the coast and I love that you can feel that in this line of beautiful joinery made right here on the East Coast. We have more full spaces we can’t wait to share soon, but in the meantime sharing some beautiful details from the collection.
