They always say it takes a village, especially true with a wedding, weather paid or unpaid to make a wedding unforgettable but it manifests into something so special when loved ones bring heart and joy and THE BEST cookies that barely made it through cocktail hour. Crystal and Walt had clarity in what was most important to them, they wanted to have a party with their favorite band and all of their friends at their favorite pass time, the Boat Club. It made for an epic night that was filled with love and deeply rooted in the community they have built here in San Diego!

Mikyla and Harold, want to give their guests a taste of their backgrounds in entertainment. We landed on @louisvillepalace in Louisville Kentucky a historic Theatre with a team that was justed as dedicated hospitality as we are. @mikalodeon a fellow lover of the guest experience wad do much fun as we worked to build magical moments for their guests to enjoy all weekend, from a rehearsal dinner with a rotating floor and stunning sunset views @swizzlelouisville a whisky experience for the groomsmen, a welcome reception at a secret speakeasy with a signature Derby flare @pinandproof and a black tie wedding day theatre experience reminiscent of another time.
The theatre, a spacious vision of royal blue sky’s and deep red drapes that honored Mikyla and Harolds love of production. But The faces lobby ceiling transitioning over the course of the evening like a sunset finishing in a dark blue-purple night sky.
Guests found their seats to discover a concert ticket with a personalized note for each guest sharing the couples gratitude for the long trip and a special memory they shared.
Every detail carefully curated with treats and gifts to share their love story with deep intimate intentional.

When @theemakethatmagic and Harold say, “We want an EXPERIENCE for our guests” we brought said I do! We dove deep into the couples roots of the Theatre, drama and a rich appreciation for true hospitality to define what would deliver an experience @disney would give us the seal of approval on.
