Day 16/31 of wearing a MeMade everyday and today marks the first day in over two weeks that I haven’t stepped foot outside the house 😂 But even on a slow day at home, I still showed up in a MeMade.
Today’s fit is my newest quick sew — my very first t-shirt using New Look 6216 #N6216 in this camo jersey knit from @califabrics . Honestly, I get the hype now because this was such a satisfying project to whip up after work this week. Soft, comfy, easy to wear… exactly what I needed for a cozy day around the house.
Right now she’s giving lounge wear, but I can already see the vision for dressing her up a bit too 👀 Stay tuned because I have ideas.
Halfway through MeMadeMay and I’m honestly so proud of myself. 🥹 If you knew how much I struggled to fully participate the last three years, you’d understand why making it to Day 15 feels like such a win. Life be life’ing, but we’re still sewing, still showing up, and still getting dressed. 💛
Closing out the workweek in a pair of RTW pants from TJ Maxx paired with my redemption make — this button-down collared blouse that has been HEAVY in the rotation ever since I finished it two years ago. And honestly? That’s how I know a make is good. If I keep reaching for it over and over, it earned its place in the wardrobe.

Day 14/31 of wearing a MeMade outfit every day and today’s look is easily one of my favorite makes from last year. This dress gives elevated department store energy in the best way, like something you’d casually spot at Nordstrom. I still can’t believe I made it.
The fabric is this gorgeous Aztec blousewear from @lafinchfabrics_new and it was absolutely the perfect choice for this pattern. The drape, movement, and overall feel of this fabric make the dress look so polished and luxe while still being incredibly comfortable to wear.
What I love most about this make is how timeless it feels. It’s chic without trying too hard, easy to dress up or down, and honestly the kind of garment that reminds me why I fell in love with sewing in the first place. Being able to create pieces that fit my style exactly the way I envision them is such a rewarding feeling.
This is definitely one of those “past me snapped” projects because she knew exactly what she was doing with this one. ✨

Day 13/31 of wearing a Memade everyday and today’s look is ✨New Look #N6650✨. Funny enough, I was pretty indifferent about this make when I first finished it, but here we are two years later and she’s still hanging on strong in my wardrobe.
Day 12/31 of wearing a MeMade every day and today’s look is giving polished, playful, and just a little retro in the best way ✨ I’m wearing the free Cove Collared Wrap Top pattern from @moodfabrics  sewn up in a gorgeous peachy pink Liverpool knit from @wherehouseoutlet . I paired it with RTW light wash barrel leg jeans and gold heels to pull in the gold buttons on the top.
This outfit feels fun, feminine, and effortlessly put together. Like brunch, meetings, and a cute Target run all in one 😂 The structure of the collar with the softness of the knit makes this top such a winner. What do y’all think of this combo? ✨
Day 11/31 wearing a MeMade every day in May is kicking off the work week in a FLY fit 👏🏾 I paired my oversized RTW blazer from Amazon with this weekend’s sew — a pair of wide leg elastic waist pants that are already feeling like they’re about to stay in heavy rotation.
I’ll have to share stills of this make soon, but in the meantime just know this combo with my black and gold Nike Air Maxes and gold accessories is giving street chic meets basketball coach at the same damn time 😂🏀✨

Day 10/31 of wearing a MeMade every day is a pattern I can’t share just yet 🤭 I had the wonderful opportunity to pattern test an unreleased design, and once the pattern is finalized, I can’t wait to share my rendition with you all.
In the meantime, I used my scraps to make a matching top using my tried-and-true cami pattern, Butterick #B7001. This cami pattern had me in an absolute chokehold two years ago 😂 and honestly… I still love it just as much.
Day 9/31 wearing a MeMade and tonight’s look is reserved for date night 💫 I made this dress using a Liverpool knit and after finishing it, I tucked it away in the closet… only to finally wear it for the first time almost 2 years later 😱

I made this beauty using the @minervadotcom Exclusive Summer Sketch Recycled Charmeuse Silky Satin and I honestly can’t get enough of this print. The silky drape, the movement, the colors… she’s a statement all on her own.
I love pieces like this because they instantly elevate even the most casual outfit. Pair it with denim and loafers and suddenly you look like you had a plan all along 😂

Day 8/31 wearing a MeMade ✨
We had tons of rain last night and it’s a Friday, so casual-but-still-put-together was the assignment today. I paired this beautiful @minervadotcom Exclusive Summer Sketch Recycled Charmeuse Silky Satin with denim bellbottoms, and my patent leather loafers. Cute and casual, but still catching your eye is absolutely the vibe today.
I love how the silky satin elevates an otherwise simple outfit while the denim keeps it grounded and wearable for a rainy Friday. The print really does all the heavy lifting here and I’m not mad about it 😂 Top Pattern: #V2140

Day 7/31 wearing a MeMade ✨ I made it through my first week and I’m incredibly proud of myself! This wrap dress was made in collaboration with @unsewcial , and honestly… it just hasn’t gotten the shine it deserves. I made this dress over two years ago and at the time, I wasn’t super happy with how it turned out. But funny enough, it’s growing on me now 😂
That’s one thing I love about sewing — sometimes pieces evolve with us. What once felt like a “meh” make somehow becomes a wardrobe staple or a reminder of how far we’ve come in our sewing journey 💛
