This year I had the opportunity to play lead trumpet with the Rama Bigband â a role I donât usually take on, but it was honestly a great experience.
One of the highlights was working with guest conductor Nikki Iles, conductor of the NDR Bigband, and performing her fantastic music. We also went on a christmas tour featuring the music of Kathrine Windfeld and played an Arrangement of Henya by Ambrose Akinmusire, one of my favorite songs.
A year full of great music, inspiring people, and new experiences.

Antiparty
(Study in Textures - A 5 Part Work.)
Imagine a party in the antiverse, thats the music people would listen to on their parties.
The soundscapes of this work are inspired by György Ligetis textural works and spectralistic ideas. The idea of Antiparty is to bring these classical ideas into an improvisational context. Each movement has itâs own unique characteristic to itself through the instructions the musicians weâre given.
The video and sound was recorded during the project week at DJM in Ă rhus.
