Burgers is iets waarvoor ek nie sommer maklik nee sê nie, maar dis moeilik om soms iets nuut te vind. Ek was super opgewonde om die nuwe spek konfyt smashburger te probeer en nou is die my nuwe gunstelling. Dis nou as jy hou van n soetigheid om jou burger.
Jy benodig.
SPEK KONFYT
8x spek repies fyngekap.
1x wit ui, fyngekap
1x knoffel stukkie gerasper
2x takkies tiemie fyngekap
Kwart koppie bruin suiker
2x Eetlepels stroom, heuning of Maple Syryp.
Kwart koppie wit asyn.
Sout en swart peper na geur.
SOUSE.
Op jou rolletjie smeer jy eerste @jimmyssaucessa se Chip en Burger sous.
Op jou maalvleis patties gooi jy Jimmy Sauce se BBQ sous om jou maalvleis te geur.
Jy kan jou burgers maak op enige plat gietyster pan of plaat. Ek gebruik natuurlik die pragtige @weberbraaisa se Slate om myne te braai.

Ek is deesdae verslaaf aan hierdie Smash Burgers!
Twee crispy patties, spek, kaas, uie en n Big Mac sous sal enige iemand se dieet n knou gee!
Gebruik maalvleis met lekker vet by, n bietjie sout en peper en maak klein balletjies. Gebruik bakpapier en druk hulle plak, marineer hulle met so bietjie Jimmy sous of enige bbq sous.
Sodra jou vleis so 90% gaar is draai hom om en sit so stukkie kaas bo op om te smelt. Ek stel voor die @melrosecheese.sa se Melts aangesien dit die beste smelt.
Die @weberbraaisa se Slate is perfek vir smash burgers. Die 56cm gietyster oppervlak het 2 hitte zones wat beteken jy kan die een kan baie warm maak vir jou vleis en die ander kant medium hitte vir jou uie, spek en rolletjies.
Vir ons Big Mac sous benodig jy net, tamatie sous, Steers of Wimpy mostert ( hulle proe die naaste aan McDonald's se sous) mayonnaise en fyngepakte gherkins.
