Last month, I graduated from Stanford with a B.A. in Sociology, a minor in Spanish, and a notation for public service. More importantly, my time at Stanford has been touched by folks who have, even in the most minuscule of ways or non-straightforward ways, help guide me towards new and different ways of doing, knowing, learning, loving, and being in community—and I’m immensely grateful.

last month I did some solo travels in Madrid, visited Callum in Cà ceres—which unexpectedly, reminded me a lot of Woodland/Sac except if it was 500 years older and walkable—explored Barcelona with my sister, made too many jokes about the trip being ancestral work, and came to terms with the fact that I am terrible at remembering to take pictures with friends and want to change that, but I guess I just be living in the #moment
at Stanford University, if you’re queer and/or end up living in a co-op, they force you to learn how to DJ, threatening the conferral of your degree as you’re hunched over a Pioneer DDJ controller.
