Over a month ago, we helped Community Rail Network deliver their Annual Community Rail Awards in Derby. We're the production partner for the awards, responsible for ensuring the event looks and sounds great.
Our designers created all of the graphics and videos for the night, stitching them all together carefully.
Our tech team ensured that the night ran smoothly and everyone had a great time.
TeamBA is an official sponsor of the Railway Study Network, as well as providing them support in marketing, managing and delivering their events.
The main annual event for the Railway Study Network is the dinner taking place on 1 October 2026 at the Kia Oval, London.
Why should you attend the dinner?
- The dinner is a fantastic networking opportunity with over 230 attendees. This number provides enough attendees to network with, but doesn't become overwhelming like other events.
- We always have a fantastic industry keynote speaker, this year's speaker is Anit Chandarana, Group Director, System Operator at Network Rail.
- It's great value for money. We have kept our prices low for this event. A table costs £1,950.00, which is more affordable than many other industry events.
Oh, what a month March has been! It’s been all systems go this month, helping clients with:
Hybrid live streaming - deliver high quality accessible live streams for our clients.
Community Rail Awards - our team delivered the flagship awards at Derby Arena.
NEC activations - delivering pop-up activations at the NEC as part of Craft Show Live.
Evening receptions - we’ve delivered two evening receptions, one intimate round table for 12 people and another large 70-person fireside chat.
We have an extremely busy couple of months coming up, so watch this space for more exciting things going on at TeamBA.
The people your customers meet are your brand in action.
Every conversation, every smile, every moment of engagement shapes how your company is remembered.
We’re so proud of the impact our new Event Manager, Joanne Brookes - bringing energy, warmth and genuine connection to an activation for London Northwestern Railway at the Craft Show 2026 at the @nationalexhibitioncentre last weekend.
From welcoming visitors onto the stand to creating moments that people wanted to share, Jo helped turn the space into something more than just a presence - it became an experience.
The activation boosted brand visibility, engaged attendees, created shareable social moments, and really brought London Northwestern Railway’s fun, approachable personality to life.
It even caught the attention of a few craft celebrities, adding an extra buzz around the stand and drawing even more people in.
Sneak peek 👀
Here’s a look at some of the design work we created for the recent SpudMan x London Northwestern Railways event.
Our design duo, Libby and Hannan 🐱 loved bringing this project to life. Working with LNR’s New Trains branding, we added playful touches - like a pink mohawk on the stork assets and managed everything from sourcing merch to creating digital motion graphics.
A huge thanks to @londonnorthwesternrailway for involving us 😊
What a night🤩
Last night, the Community Rail Awards 2026 brought 600 incredible people together at Derby Arena and the energy in the room did not disappoint (shoutout to DJ Lip Gloss Boss!!)
From bold event branding to 80+ video graphics lighting up the screens, it was amazing to see everything come to life on the night. We were also busy behind the scenes capturing the action and keeping production running smoothly.
Safe to say… community rail knows how to throw a party!
A huge thanks to Community Rail Network - we’re proud to be a corporate partner and shoutout to headline sponsor EMR.

Thinking about a video project but worried about being on camera? 🎥
One of the biggest concerns people have before filming is feeling nervous, awkward, or simply not knowing what to say. That’s exactly where our videographer, Michael Travers, makes all the difference. He has a real talent for helping people feel relaxed, natural, and comfortable on camera - something our clients mention time and time again after a shoot.
Take a look at this behind-the-scenes clip from a video we filmed last summer for West Midlands Trains, celebrating local artists and gardeners who have made a positive impact on the railway.
It’s a great example of how Mike helps bring out genuine moments and confident stories on camera.
And with the brighter days ahead, now’s the perfect time to start thinking about the stories you’d like to capture on film.

The queues say it all… 🥔🔥
Working on an event with @londonnorthwesternrailway and @spudmanofficial wasn’t something we had on our 2026 vision board - but we’re very glad it became a reality.
Hear from Luke on the day as he shares a bit more about the event and what we got up to.
An absolute pleasure to work alongside the team at London Northwestern Railway and the SpudMan team to bring it all together.
The secret’s out 🤫🥔
We’ve been cooking up something seriously exciting with London Northwestern Railway and SpudMan - and yes, it involves FREE jacket potatoes.
To celebrate the launch of LNR’s brand-new Class 730 trains, they’ve team up with viral sensation @spudmanofficial to serve his legendary spuds at locations along the new Trent Valley line.
TeamBA are there every step of the journey: securing sites, handling risk assessments, overseeing health & safety, coordinating logistics, and delivering a seamless pop-up on the day. We’ve also supported with merch design and video to capture the buzz and bring the campaign to life.
And we can confirm… the jacky p’s are definitely worth the queue.
As always, a huge thanks to the team at LNR for involving us, we’re constantly wowed by the creative ideas you throw our way. Here’s to the final stop in Tamworth!

The dress rehearsal for the dress rehearsal (with cake!!) 💃
When it comes to your event, we care about the quality and guest experience just as much as you do.
With just one month to go until the Community Rail Awards 2026, we’ve already created 80+ motion graphics.
We’ve got two more dress rehearsals with the client still to come - to ensure we’ve done all we can to make everything run smoothly on the night.
There was a brief pause for Lola’s Cupcake (thanks, Hannan!) but cake = fuel = focus… right? 🎂
