One of the biggest myths in experiential is that scale automatically equals impact. It doesn’t - not if the work misses the cultural truth on the ground. As our Global CEO, @TomIronside , said in a recent interview: “We have seen too many global campaigns falter by prioritising broad reach over local cultural resonance, or by making global assumptions without local insights, diluting impact. Robotproof addresses this head-on with deep market research, on-the-ground teams and insights, ensuring experiences are felt authentically in every locale. Relevance trumps reach and the flash in the pan stats.” This is something we see again and again in experiential. Scale is important, but not at the expense of cultural truth. Since the Formula 1 pre-season is now in full swing, it's the perfect time to look back on 2025, when we took the City of Las Vegas on 5-stop tour to F1 races around the world. Fans could find the sequin-clad Las Vegas Pit Crew in the Fan Zone, partying by an iconic neon sign photo OP, in the VIP Paddock Club letting fans try their luck at a disco ball filled claw machine, or even on the main stage, hosting an Elvis impersonation contest. Every year @pmi_org hosts a Global Summit—the signature event of the year for project professionals from around the world. Thousands come together for connection, opportunity and impact. For the second year in a row we had the privilege of helping this amazing organization and its community experience how powerful gathering can be. Through the lens of the summit theme, MORE, Together, we brought to life a place to share, get inspired, learn, nurture networks, and grow. From the design of the event’s visual center system and messaging development to concept creation and fabrication of 25+ activations on the show floor, our team partnered closely with PMI’s cross-functional groups to deliver an elevated and engaging experience. The activations covered core platforms and offerings such as professional certifications and AI tools and training, to the pursuit of passions via a career in project management. Thanks to @pmi_org and the entire team for the collaboration and partnership this year. It’s always amazing to see all the hard work come to life!
