For 24 years, Team Oxy has shown up for relatives, friends and colleagues living with multiple sclerosis.
55 registered riders completed the Bike MS: ACC Texas MS 150, making the 150-mile journey from Houston to College Station in support of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society (@mssociety ) and their mission to fund research, advance new medication development, and improve the lives of those diagnosed with MS.
Leading up to the ride, Team Oxy hosted two fundraising events at Greenway Plaza: the annual cornhole tournament and inaugural ping pong tournament, bringing together 70 participants and two great days of competition.
Congratulations to every rider who completed the journey, and thank you to everyone who donated, volunteered, and played a role in this year's efforts.
Over the last 24 years, Yanni Charalambous, Vice President and Chief Information Officer, has experienced firsthand the technology-driven evolution of the energy industry. He's dedicated his career to shaping how technology supports Oxy's future through leading the company's global IT strategy, cybersecurity, data management, and advanced analytics programs.

Oxy volunteers in Denver recently joined forces with @energyoutreachco to assemble energy efficiency kits for income-limited Coloradans — helping families stay warm, healthy, and build stronger communities. Since 2021, Oxy has supported EOC's mission to ensure Colorado households are not faced with the choice between keeping their heat on and other basic needs like food.
Each conSERVE kit is packed with proven energy-saving essentials: LED light bulbs, surge protectors, weatherization materials, low-flow sink aerators, low-flow showerheads, and an energy efficiency education sheet.

Few experiences offer a better view of the importance of offshore oil and gas production than a trip to a producing platform.
During a recent tour of our Holstein platform, members of Congress saw firsthand how operators produce vital resources that advance U.S. energy security. The bipartisan delegation, hosted as part of House Majority Leader Steve Scalise's annual Offshore Energy Tour, toured the platform located more than 100 miles off the Louisiana coast in 4,000 feet of water.
The trip also coincided with our announcement of an oil discovery at the Bandit prospect, underscoring the continued importance of the Gulf of America as a strategic source of domestic oil supply that supports long-term energy security.
What a week at the Texas Children's Houston Open. From the fairways of the Memorial Park Golf Course to the community impact that makes this tournament one of a kind, we're proud to have been a part of an event that gives back to Houston year after year.
The Oxy Military Outpost on the 18th Hole offered a dedicated space honoring veterans, active-duty members, and military families throughout the week. "Giving back by offering a space at the tournament where military personnel feel welcome and appreciated is truly satisfying," shares Brian White, Vice President, Revenue at the Texas Children's Houston Open.
"It creates a space where veterans, active-duty members, and their families are honored, connected, and celebrated, which aligns with our broader mission of making a positive impact beyond our operations," shares Vincent Velasquez, Oxy Emergency Preparedness Consultant and United States Coast Guard veteran.

As part of our partnership, Oxy employees volunteered as Gallery Management Ambassadors on the 18th Hole throughout the week.

From recycling produced water to reducing freshwater use, we work to conserve local water resources across our global operations. In 2024, 45% of produced water, a byproduct of extracting oil and natural gas, was recycled company-wide for use in our operations.
One example of this in action is our Lost Tank recycling facility in Lea County, New Mexico. Starting operations in 2022, the facility's produced water recycling capacity grew from ~9.5 to more than 28 megaliters per day, with over 7,950 megaliters of water recycled through year-end 2024.
