Even the most successful, most “together” people can still struggle with self worth. No one knows that better than @blakemycoskie , founder of ENOUGH. This movement was inspired by his personal journey and created to help all of us remember we are enough.

I struggled with perfectionism for most of my life and never once felt like I was enough.
I compared myself to everyone.
I turned to alcohol in high school and leaned on it as a crutch for two decades.
When I finally got sober in 2023 the noise in my head got quiet for the first time in a really long time.
And that’s when the real work started.
Therapy.
Journaling.
Breathwork.
Nervous system work.
Learning how to source safety from myself.
I became a better wife. A better mom. A better friend. A better daughter. And most importantly, a better version of myself.
The biggest thing I’ve taken from all of it is this: you are enough just as you are.
You don’t need to prove anything to anyone.
You don’t need to do more or be bigger.
You just need to be you.
May is 💚Mental Health Awareness Month💚 and I am so proud to be partnering with @weareenough .
It’s a brand where 100% of profits go directly to mental health organizations. Not some of it. All of it.
I wear my bracelet every single day.

ACE 2026 Social Impact: Blake Mycoskie
Founded as both a brand and a movement, We Are ENOUGH is built around a singular, powerful message: that self-worth is not something to be earned because it already exists. “We created ENOUGH to be more than a product,” Mycoskie noted. “It’s meant to spark conversation, create connection, and remind people that their worth is inherent.”
