Something a bit different but was definitely fun!
Animals on 35mm film! Shot across 3 different rolls, @kodak Gold 200, @cinestillfilm 800t and some Kentmere Pan 400.
Developed by @analoguewonderland and then i took the time learn the best way to scan them in myself.
All shot on a Pentax ME Super with either the 50mm f1.8 or the Miranda 28mm f2.8

So was time to go and visit one of our favourite sites.
With your pitch literally on the side of a cliff with a view of the ocean and the coastal path that will take you directly into Aberystwyth, there are no complaints.
The site offers super warm and cosy showers and toilet facilities that have music in them, a small shop at reception where you can purchase the essentials, swimming pool and private beach where you can have a little campfire.
A 15-20 minute drive to the nearest coastal town of Aberaeron or a 15 minute drive into Aberystwyth.
A site we will keep visiting for many years to come.

Had a few unexpected stressful days alongside this crappy flu 🤒
We were meant to head to the mountains this weekend, but we decided not to put my body through too much and focus on getting better instead.
Although… only I would go and do a half marathon hike while feeling rough and running on 0 energy 😆 But we took our time, and honestly, the fresh air did me good.
Such a lovely day around Bewdley and Arley yesterday 🌿🐑🌳
And of course, battered sausage and chips by the river was absolutely necessary 😅
@wearedrybones kept me nice and dry through the rain showers🌧️
Fingers crossed I’ll be back to 100% in a few days and up in the mountains next weekend 🤞🏻☀️

Really not sure what the weather is doing these last few weeks 😂
One day I’m swimming in sunshine, and the next in a downpour. Thank goodness for my @wearedrybones change robe 🩵

There are always two ways to approach the same situation:
Pepper is calm, collected and thoughtful.
Pudding is a chaotic barrel focused only on winning at all costs.

Sometimes just taking yourself out on a wellbeing walk, take your tripod, taking a few pictures then rolling down a hill (last slide) is what you need to lift your mood
Disclaimer - rolling down the hill is not advisable when you already feel dizzy..... that was a fun walk home.
Stunning little swimble last week 💙
Whilst I’m loving my long swims and training, I still make time to go for a dip and swimble around just to enjoy the water with no pressure. These little weekly dips of ours with a catch up and a natter help keep me grounded and give me a bit of a mental reset. I don’t think I’d cope with my hectic life without them 🫶🏻

Headed to the beach for a stroll with Alan the staffy and Matt. The sea was completely calm… one of those moments you don’t plan, you just feel.
No swim stuff, no towel, no spare clothes — so it was a fully clothed dip and zero regrets. Sometimes you’ve just got to stop overthinking and live in the moment.
Luckily I had my @wearedrybones robe with me, wrapped up warm for the walk home, salty, soaked and smiling 🌊🐾
Because the best memories are never the ones you schedule — they’re the ones you say yes to.

Car camp mornings hit different when the first thing you feel is mountain water stealing the breath from your chest. Brutal for a moment but then nothing but calm for the rest of the day.
